For the second night in a row, the Red Sox went into extra innings against the Phillies at Fenway.  And for the second night in a row, they won on a walk-off single.

On Monday it was Dustin Pedroia coming through in the bottom of the 11th.  Andrew Benintendi was the hero on Tuesday as he displayed a flair for the dramatic, not only at the plate but in the field.

With the score tied 3-3 in the 8th, he casually gunned down Howie Kendrick at the plate to prevent the Phillies from taking the lead:

The score remained 3-3 until the bottom of the 12th.  After a Xander Bogaerts walk and a Mitch Moreland single, Benny Baseball stroked a 1-out single to right for his first career walk-off:

The Sox have now won four out of five as they head to Philly for the last two games of this home-and-home series.
