Celtics Win A Bar Fight In Overtime, Tie Series 2-2 (Highlights)

What a game.  KG would be proud of this one.  The Celtics found a way to win in game 4 despite 45 points and 13 rebounds from Paul Millsap.

Marcus Smart was huge.  His defense is always elite but when his shots are falling he’s the type of difference maker who can win you a playoff game.  20 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals, not to mention a couple insanely clutch threes down the stretch.  Check out all of his buckets here:

ET and Jerebko were huge once again.  Turner dropped 17 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, and dished 6 assists.  He also had a steal and two blocked shots.

Jonas posted his second straight double double, and this time it was even more impressive.  The Swedish Larry Bird once again took advantage of his role in the starting lineup by contributing 16 points and 10 rebounds.

Amir Johnson continues to hold his own in the post.  He was just shy of a double double with 9 points and 9 rebounds.

Isaiah Thomas was Isaiah Thomas.  As usual he was the go-to guy and he came through when he was needed.  IT finished with 28 points, 6 assists, 4 rebounds, and a steal.  Oh, and The Little Guy also blocked a couple shots.

Here’s a nice 10 minute highlight video showing you all of the biggest plays of the game:

The night was capped off by Isaiah’s two adorable sons stealing the show during his press conference:

Being a Celtics fan hasn’t been this fun since the 2012 Eastern Conference Finals against the Heat.  Maybe KG & Pierce’s last year in 2013 when they were down 3-0 in the first round to the Knicks then won the next two and came up just short in game six after a miraculous 20-0 run in the fourth quarter.  Either way Celtics fever has returned to Boston and I’m loving every second of it.  The C’s will look to take control of the series on Tuesday in Atlanta.
